The UCSF Health Network Leadership Academy is a seven-month program open to physician leaders from across the Network. Over the course of the program, participants survey the business side of healthcare under the guidance of thought leaders from UCSF, UC Berkeley, Stanford, and Harvard Business School. The program culminates in a group project requiring participants to work through the business aspects of a process improvement initiative of their choosing, and present their proposal to UCSF Health Network executive leaders.
